Jon is a Global Enterprise Agile Coach, Trainer and Speaker who has worked with Agile since 2002. He is a Certified Enterprise and Program Agile Coach, as well as a SAFe SPC, and works with Executive Leadership to guide Transformations, bring about Cultural Change and define Organisational Structures and Operating Models.

He is a longstanding and highly respected Coach, having helped lead two of the largest FS Agile Transformations in Europe, and is currently focused on Agile Leadership, Governance and Cultural Change.

Jon is also the Global Content Owner of Capgemini University’s Agile curriculum, and has authored various industry recognised articles such as the 12 Dimensions of Agile Leadership and an update to the Agile Coach Competence Framework.

He has extensive hands-on experience in Agile, Agile@Scale, Scrum, Kanban, XP practices & Lean across Investment, Retail & Online Banking, Business Intelligence, Automotive, Retail & Government sectors.
